Louis et al, My "play" for this stock is as follows: since the number of outstanding shares has increased by 50%, even at a 40% growth rate in earnings, it will take about 2 to 3 quarters before the stock will show a decent PE (about 50). So my plan is to wait about 2 more quarters before buying this puppy. What do you think? Of course, this is only a "momentum" play. If you're a long term investor, then you can hang on to the stock no matter what happens in the short term because this company looks very strong. What do you think about IFR Systems (IFRS)? It makes fiber optics test equipment, PE about 25.
