To all: I don't think this is a redundant post, but if it is, I apologize. Communications Week printed this article. The following is the summary: ------------------------------------------------------------ Consortium Set to Choose 3 Vendors to Offer DSL Wares Westell Technologies Inc., Fore Systems and Alcatel Telecom are expected to be chosen by four regional Bell companies to provide multimegabit digital subscriber line equipment for service rollouts next year, according to sources familiar with the pending contract. ------------------------------------------------------------ Any comments? If this is true, should AMTX be doing as well as it is today (as of 11:15am). Is the price going up because the Shorts are covering on the imminent news? The stock is actually not running today. There is a lot of calm (no activity) between spurts.
