TJ, there is a solution and you are a leader in it. <
i do not see a solution that can about without continuing the war even as i know the war would lead to no solution.
it is a mess, and all on top of supposed 3 tril of minerals.

When everyone has also got an OFDM/CDMA/Wi-Fi/ mobile cyberspace system in their pocket, or under their skin [cochlea implants, nerve transducers, antennas, inductively charged batteries, and what have you] then those wonderful phragmented photons will suffuse their fevered minds to bring peace, light, harmony, happiness, health, prosperity, longevity, fun and love.

<it is a mess, and all on top of supposed 3 tril of minerals.> While a few minerals are handy for cyberspace to be built, it doesn't take much. Minerals are so last century. When people decide whether to stay home and fondle their gold, or go roaming around in cyberspace, they invariably leave the gold at home and take off with their devices to enjoy their vices, leaving their heartless gold home alone.

If people could have a left arm or a cyberphone, not many would choose the left arm for the rest of their lives [once they understand the implications]. If they had to choose "wife or device", many would go for de vice.

Soon, Globalstar will launch the first of the new constellation bringing cyberspace to the hinterlands of Afghanistan, and nearly everywhere else. Things are getting better fast.
