Again.

Under Obama's plan, the bottom rate will not go up by 50%. The idea is to only let the top rate expire. However, under the Republican plan, that could happen. See, the Republicans plan to block the vote and let all of the tax cuts expire. They are already laying the groundwork for blaming the Democrats with little tidbits like this.
