i rarely agree with greenspam, but i will give him credit here.. he has been solidly in favor of tax cuts (understanding that this money works it's way back into the economy) but every speech or senate testimony i have heard from him stated that tax cuts WITHOUT commensurate cuts in SPENDING would be unsustainable and here we are... gov't does not have a 'revenue' problem, it has a SPENDING problem
