Well Jay,

it seems so. At least the whole scenario is now more likely than
10 weeks ago. Phase 3 is ok, my problem is Phase 5. I think
the bears finally found M. Kugler in the hidden SEMI-Forest.

The question now is: What could they use as trigger and when will
it start. I have no doubt that the next earnings release will be
better than every result they had before, but its for my taste
a bit too early.

Liviakis Options expires 31.01.98, and they will do everything to
boost the stock price till this date, (maybe even longer).

Anyway, my target is 21,5 within the next 4 Years. It was a 15-bagger
in January and now its 3-bagger in November. If I dont get 21,5 through
the scenario I will get it next Year with the conservative manner (IMHO).

BTW: Never fall in love with a stock. Its usually one of your most expensive
affair.
