I think we've already gone to far in the nanny direction by having "a national drug authority or laws that prohibit that citizens buy any kind of drug that they want", and I oppose " laws that can make it illegal to smoke in an office". The grounds of a business belong to the business (well many times they lease the property instead of owning it, but I think they have extensive rights under the lease, and if they don't than its the owner's property and the owner gets to decide). So they should have the right to decide if people can smoke there. No one is forced to inhale smoke, they don't have to be there if they don't like smoking. (And yes that includes employees, involuntary servitude is illegal, they can work somewhere else.)
