Every weekend this thread seems to make the Hot Topics List on SI. Maybe that's because I took the Yellow Pages approach and named it so it would come out near the top of the Miscellaneous - Technology list.

Anyway, all you new lurkers out there, please chime in with some ideas for the coming week, long or short. The only criteria is to base your picks on unappreciated or expected value in a company (opposite applies for short picks).

This is a very uncertain time in the markets. Will we recover next week or fall further? Will Greenspan pull the trigger in a falling market based on the employment figures, and enjoy sticking it to the exuberant investor? Reminds me of George Bernard Shaw's definition of a Puritan, someone with a deep-seated fear that someone, somewhere is actually having a good time.

I just finished screening some warrants from a Value Line list. PCTHW looked the best. I have to go catch up on their SI thread. Anyone have strong feelings about PCTH?
