Ali, thanks for the information. I'm surprised that the company didn't put out a newswire on the details. There will only be 1MM shares, how big a panic could we have? The MMs may try to naked short for the month, but could get caught with their pants down. The lack of news could also help insiders if the stock declines. Would they be buying cheap? The stock should have a value based on Tri-Star earnings of $6. Caution though, the Tri Star earnings numbers have never been seen in print. If we can prove those earnings and Tri-Star doubles through acquisition soon, the stock could then go higher. We shall see.
