please, please, PLEASE! don't ever quote robert reich on anything! the guy is so consistently wrong that it is a wonder they publish his books. he is just a talking head...blah, blah, blah. This is the same guy warning that the japaneese were stealing our high-tech industry and that government assisted large conglomerates were needed to stem the tide. he claimed that silicon valley suffered from too much cowboy capitalism. time has shown he was WAY OFF yet he somehow got appointed to the Clinton administration. Too bad they don't post a "scorecard" on his past predictions when he is on the air! just stay long on TXN!
