>> Obama is already starting that process in Iraq.

Obama has nothing at all to do with what is happening in Iraq. GWB negotiated the SOFA, the terms of which are being followed today.

There is something very unseemly about a president who blames every negative thing on his predecessor then tries to claim credit for his predecessor's successes.

We should remember that Iraq is a GWB success and had either Obama's or Biden's approach been used it would have been a total disaster. As it has turned out, Iraq could prove to be an important ally and business partner for America for years to come. Something that could never have happened had Saddam remained in power; the Gulf War spoiled any such possibility.
