I faxed your questions to GRNO's President, Mr. Bill Carraway last evening. He promptly replied this morning with the following: "Three partnership interests are fully funded and four more are believed to be almost funded. A CPA firm just sent a letter to its clients regarding the partnership and this should finish the funding off. The company will not extend the offering beyond 12-31-96. We just learned in the past few days the Partnership may very well qualify under tax code 29, Nonconvertional Source Fuels Credit, a 7 1/2 cent per gallon tax credit. This would mean an additional $10,000 in tax credits to each investor, in addition to a cash yield of 35%" This is more good news! The more I research this company the more I like them.
