Do you know what all these companies have in common? They are all Cisco victims. In 1995, Cisco went after BAY, in '96 they went after CS, and this year they went after ASND. Clare, I believe the problems recently experienced by ASND are not due to CSCO. I am not going to comment on aquisition rumors since they are only rumors. Only LU can save ASND, because Cisco hasn't hurt them yet. You seem to be under the assumption CSCO is invinceable. I believe LU would have no problem dethroning CSCO if that was the goal of LU. BAY suffered from poor execution of a merger. Again, not CSCO related. In either case, I appreciate your opinions. We could revisit this issue in three months. Glenn
