Healthcare is about limiting costs, no matter how you do it.


I tend to disagree. Healthcare is about providing the best medical care possible. Healthcare cost management is about containing costs.

Eventually we will end up with a system that I have thought fairest for a very long time. If there were tiers of healthcare available (which their are and always will be) then those whose primary concern is cost will choose a level they can afford and accept lower limits of care while those whose concerns are focussed on the best care available will pay vey high costs.
