As reported on AOL, if Herb was right about the shorts having to cover due to the reverse, then we could see a nice bounce up in the stock. Also, the 20,000,000 shares outstanding now becomes 1,000,000 which could mean more volatility in the stock due to a much smaller float. Once the Tristar deal is complete and numbers are made public, then this situation becomes even more interesting. (How compatible is a coffee business with a medical business?) Will the coffee business be spun off to the the shareholders as the AOL board seems to think?
