Hi Jeffry,

After all your talk about Chapter 7, I went and reread it. And reread it again. But I'm still not sure I get the whole idea yet.

Basically what it looks like to me is that we're trying to figure out if we hit a bottom on blue monday, right? WON says that you wait for a follow through day in the 3-10 day period following it. I don't think we've seen that yet (I'm not counting the weekends), and we have 3-4 more days to go. All of this sounds fine (I'm staying out of all my favorite stocks, and they go up everyday, but I was impressed enough by your market timing that I'm going to follow the 'rules' this time). But what happens if we don't see a rally day between the 3-10 day period? We consider this a failed rally and assume that the market is going to dip more? Does this mean we should be short instead? Or does one only short in a bear market and this isn't a bear market, just a near bottom one? This is the part that has got me stumped.

Thanks in advance,

-Atin
