my kids college recruiter in high school told the two asian kids who had 4.0 GPA and 1600 SATs why they were rejected to every IVY school, ' do you know how many asians get 1600 and 4.0 gpas, vs a black student who gets a 1200 sat and a 2.5 gpa and those blacks got in the ivies.?
