No matter how much you earn, and no matter how much money you have, you can spend more than you can afford, on health care.

Also, most money spent in health care is spent on something that reduces your ability to have fun elsewhere. Most people want to spend their life elsewhere.

That's why it is all about keeping costs down. Most of health care money is spent in the final year of your life, so if your costs go up... :-)
