Healthcare is not about keeping costs down. It is about providing better health. When an individual chooses to eschew "fun" while spending all disposable income on health care it is a free will right. When government starts interceding rationing becomes important to government. I choose not to spend my entire disposable income on healthcare, but I would fight to protect your right to do so.
