"Elevations in liver enzymes in patients treated with mipomersen, a possible sign of liver damage, were generally similar to those seen in other studies." This must be why the stock is down ~5%. I'm not very confident about this drug getting approval, but I am not qualified to back that up! I hope I am wrong.
