I hove noticed that others, like myself, have just gotten sick of
drinking the black sugar water, and drink juice instead. These are
all commodity items. But hey, what do I know! You're right! Go remortgage the house and buy as much KO as you can. It used to trade
at 70 ... so now its a bargain at 57. At $25 a share KO would be
selling at 15 times FY 1997 earnings which assumes they will make
the numbers this quarter (last quarter ends this month). Sales have grown (historically) at 9%. EPS has historically grown at 19%, but
most analysts expect FY98 earnings to grow at 8%. The upshod is that
KO can't cut costs and become more efficient anymore (they've already done that). Yah, I'm sure the so called "crisis" in Asia will have
no affect on KO's stunning 9% sales growth ... baaaawahahahahahahah.
