Looks like Murdo has secured a rig in the fall and the money for drilling and future lawsuits is coming in by the Moms and Pops who have been let down by the institutions that we were supposed to rely upon for protection but has been corrupted by the greed and influence peddling thats rampant throughout the regulatory industry today . A few short years ago the ASE welcomed Goldman Sacks into its fold of "cucaracha" clients and now the National SEC has slapped it with a half a Billion Dollar fine for their lying and cheating to the American investment community and now those same people are further suing Goldman Sacks for slight of hand in trading securities by using inside and outside regulatory collusion. Who knew, what when? The public is more aware of these illegal doings and justice will be served to the individuals of this corporate crime. As for a Canadian National Regulatory Commission I feel its the only way of cleaning up this type of entrenched ole boys/girls club in Alberta, the ASE has changed morally and ethically from its beginnings, but now their mandate is more to do with power tripping and unreasoned principal, all being provincial government sanctioned of course. Its time to dismantle this institution for something better and more transparent and send these so called neutral ASCommission cucarachas packing whom use their positions as a conduit for influence peddling to their TSX analysts and Accounting cronies. I just wondering how many good companies have been destoryed by these same tactics used by the ASC as in the "Flag Resources Case" and whom will be liable for those miscalculations of deceit and collusion going forward. Flag Resources and Murdo McLeod will arise from these illegal and unfounded trumped up charges divied out by the perpetrators of this crime and we will find out whos involved and Who Knew What When!!!
