If the lawyer had any smarts, s/he would make Sherrod cough up at least $10,000 for security for costs, even if the fee arrangement is contingent.

I have represented men in the process of becoming women and homosexuals w/ AIDS in employment cases. I pick the cases based on the person and the facts. I have also defended employers in virtually every kind of employment discrimination matter.

I would never accept employment from a Shirley Sherrod. I have to believe in my plaintiff cases.
