Ted, there have been many instances where the teams of "underserved" cities have won championships. San Antonio, TX is one of them. So is Kansas City. And would Green Bay, WI even be on the map without their NFL team?

Of course, the conspiracy theory is that the officials and the administrators tilt the playing field toward the bigger markets like Los Angeles, New York, and Boston. That way, they get the most viewship on TV and therefore the most ad revenue.
