Symbol APT

The Company has reached an agreement with an investor for a private placement of 376,470 units at a price of $.34 per unit for a total of $128,000. Each unit consists of one previously unissued common share is the capital stock of the Company and one warrant to purchase one additional share of the Company. The exercise price of the warrant is $.34 in the first year and #.39 in the second year.

I assume this is in Canadian dollars since the press release refers to symbol APT.
