re hamoon, i am just trying to save him from himself

Saving me from what? I have no illusions about the troubles WE'RE ALL FACING.

I see it with my hard-working relatives, most of whom are involved in the construction business (as my father was) for most of their lives.

All that I've EVER stated, so far as I can recall, is that the problems in the US are going to be reflected to a greater extent in other parts of the world, where there is less financial transparency, as well as less political accountability to the electorate.

China is neither free, nor does it's government, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY ITS MILITARY, hold much accountability to the people. If their power base is threatened, they will crack down severely and look for scapegoats for the mess they are in. And most of those scapegoats have conveniently sequestered themselves on the island of Hong Kong, where they are easily quarantined to await the wrath of the government, which itself is attempting to avoid the wrath of the people.

Ask yourself, how quickly can you liquidate your assets, then transport your gold and cash, when the Chinese government has frozen your accounts, and blockaded your island paradise for the final pillaging?

And if you manage to accomplish this task, where will you flee to?
