Hi Paul - Followed your trade on BDN-PC and peeled off 30% to take my seed money off the table. This one was bought between 11/2008-3/2009 at prices between $7.40/share-$9.00/share. Big thanks to Grommit for alerting the board to these opportunities. An excellent example of a discounted "value" asset selling for $0.50 on the $1.00. RE: Brandywine Realty Trust 7.50% S (BDN-PC) Now the challenge is to find a home for the funds that yields 7.5% and is undervalued so as to be a multi-bagger in the future. EKS
