Why do you think USTL is undervalued?

Although it is selling at a little over book value, they are bleeding red ink all over the place....they claim that is due to competitive price cuts in the cost/minute.....they also claim that this is a trend that can't continue at the same pace....why not? If I can be in communication via the internet with virtually any part of the world for an unlimited amount of time for only $20/month....that means that the usage of the internet will increase and the long distance pricing pressure will continue.

Based on a very brief review of the news articles for USTL on Yahoo...I haven't seen anything to peak my interest....if you have info that might shift my paradigm from the above, I am always in the market for good value.

Thanks for listing this possible pick, even if I don't choose the stock, I like looking into new companies.
