Leo, Wrong! It is in your best interest. You sold, took your loss and are now on the sidelines. A suit can only but help you. A recovery at S3 would not affect you either way, but it would affect the current shareholders. Always enjoyed your often informative posts. This one though is self- serving only. JMHO Good Trading!
