I also don't understand the 16 thread meaning. I don't read it at all. I think SteveG typed fast and maybe forgot a main word.

I don't consider ARTT or BizTel as competition. I think ARTT is only a re-seller without it's own network. BizTel, to me, is a non-event. Of course, what do I know.

I started getting WCII 21 months ago.
