The S-3 and 8-K are also accessable at edgar-online but you have to have paid access. edgar-online.com Freedgar says on site that it will be updating between 3-3:30 EDT. But from the looks of things, they may be out of order all day. Oh, I caught a glimpse of 67,000,000 shares outstanding so far. We may be seeing the last of the conversions. If someone has access to Edgar-online and will paste the two reports here TIA. If not we will just have to wait for freedgar to get back online. I hate boring stocks!
