If gender is automatically a potential legal bias then gender is a bias --- regardless.

(You can't have it one way and not the other. That would make no sense.)

Hell, shorty... some of the most rabidly anti-gay (measured by their VOTES anyway) politicians of recent years have turned out to be closeted gays.

And some of the politicians consistently voting sympathetically to gay activists' agendas are indisputably straight.

(Doesn't seem like much of an effective guarantor of 'legal bias'. :-)
