Why waste Quadunce money going after these low-life insiders. The SEC was set up to protect individual investors from management who manipulate stock prices to their own advantage. They are very strict about unsubstantiated statements. If you, Doug, or any other loyal shareholder, wants to make a complaint you will find the procedure at sec.gov You can send e-mail to help@sec.gov If you lurkers think that I or anyone else may be an insider hyping to their own advantage or making unsubstantiated statements purporting to be insider information - e-mail his/her name to the SEC.
