I don't know - early in the morning before I go to work (while my hair is drying from the shower and I'm eating something) - there are two I look at in the morning, though one has links to articles elsewhere. Then in the evening again - don't watch much tv at night. I scan headings and just look at something that seems interesting. Also when I post something on SI isn't related to when I looked at it - there's this copy/paste thing you may not be familiar with. You can save something that looks interesting, look at it later and discard if you want. I also am a very fast reader. In high school, they had this little speed reading course where they flashed stuff on the screen at varying speeds before giving a test on it - I found out I already speed read before taking the course.
