Even were Trent Lott as racist as Jeremiah Wright, the comparison wouldn't work. Bush didn't listen to sermons from Trent Lott every Sunday.

Trent Lott was GW Bush's Senate Majority Leader

You think the Senate ML works for the President? Or is chosen by him?

Well, then what about Robert Byrd (D-KKK)? He was Senate Majority Leader, Senate Minority Leader, and until his death President Pro Tempore of the Senate, which made him third in line of Presidential succession, after the VP and Speaker of the House.

Do we want to call Byrd Obama's Senate President Pro Tempore?

Just as I suspected.

Yep, the obsession with race in Dreams of My Father is well known.

his administration's dismissal of charges against a racist black panther,

A known fact.

Don't you mean the Bush administration?

No, I meant the Obama administration.

Look up the history on that issue. The Bush administration dismissed the allegations well before Obama.

A complete untruth. Why would you even say that?

.... After the election, the Justice Department brought a voter-intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party and those armed thugs. I and other Justice attorneys diligently pursued the case and obtained an entry of default after the defendants ignored the charges. Before a final judgment could be entered in May 2009, our superiors ordered us to dismiss the case.

The New Black Panther case was the simplest and most obvious violation of federal law I saw in my Justice Department career. Because of the corrupt nature of the dismissal, statements falsely characterizing the case and, most of all, indefensible orders for the career attorneys not to comply with lawful subpoenas investigating the dismissal, this month I resigned my position as a Department of Justice (DOJ) attorney.

Not a lie at all. You just don't want to hold the Obama administration responsible for the results of their actions. You wouldn't do that for another administration.

You're lying. Barofsky didn't say what you originally claimed he said and it was GM and Chrysler that decided which dealers went and which ones stayed.........not Obama.

You're splitting hairs. Racial favoritism was a factor in the decision making process as Barofsky said. The Obama administration did force the companies to cut dealerships. Would you clear the Bush administration if they'd done this? Not a chance.
