"Beijing Billionaire Who Grew Up With Mao Sees No Housing Bubble"

Folks were telling me the same thing here in Florida in August 2005 when 99.9% of the people had bought into the idea there was no housing bubble. I am no perma bear actually more optimistic for the future recovery in a post bubble busted environment in my world. A little birdie tells me folks in China should be cashing out like crazy as the fallout could be swift and severe in a 18-24 month blood bath in the fastest growing speculative submarkets financed with too much debt. As a result commodities will crash and remain low in coming years ensuring very low rates and a nice recovery in the USA outside of construction by 2013.. The similarities between now and the 1986-96 real estate correction globaly are striking. Different waves hitting different regions at different times. By the time Tokyo and Manhattan were finally cracking in 1991-92 the bust had long been over in much of the USA.
