Hi Rook and Dan:

Interesting banter the two of you are providing for us - and me. The subject of "options" has died down since about July or so...but every now and again it rears it's ugly head. I think options are quite acceptable ONCE a year. Not 5,6,7 times (with a month and a half to go to year-end). One issuance of options per year shows that company management sets a price target it works towards with the INCENTIVE of being able to excercise options and reap the rewards. It's not suppose to work where you issue them every month - I could envision the conversation going something like this, "Well boys and girls, we didn't make 60 pennies yet, perhaps this would be a good time to issue...hmmm....300,000 options at 20 pennies? Ya, sounds good. Shareholder value, ya right! Oink! Oink!"
Thanks Dan for digging up the fact that AMS has issued almost 2 million shares or 22% of the shares issued. Rather alarming to say the least, and to say I'm "disappointed" would be an understatment (foul language would not be appropriate). Furthermore, to have Skopos selling his "options" like he has makes matters worse. Gee, I should apply for a job at AMS as a public relations assistant - that should give me, what, 50,000 options??!! Rook has made some excellent points in which I agree. It is very discouraging that AMS has very good potential but doesn't seem to pull through...and just when we're waiting in baited breath, an options news release is issued. I've come very close to averaging down in this company, but now I think I'm glad I didn't. Mr. Doppler had an excellent e-mail communication a while back, but those words are tarnished by the latest +/-650,000 options...pathetic really. Sorry to ramble but I thought to put forth my two-bits once again. I will remain in AMS for some time yet....but not forever.

Regards,
Wats

BTW, good to see you back Rook.

I know Mr. Doppler reads this thread sometimes - but won't post. I wonder what he'll thinks about the thread posts recently? Care to comment Mr. Doppler? Perhaps public relations will? I've been quite supportive of AMS in the past put my patience is trying....
