Doctors are dropping like crazy refusing anymore medicare recipients. I'm sure the feds will address the doctor shortage in their customary, affirmative-action manner. They will simply go to unemployment lines and give a groups of blacks their "doctor's test." The ones who can open a band-aid and apply it will be officially certified as "doctors" and then bused off to treat elderly Whites.
