streamline and shorten the process for coal and nuclear plant approval. do the same for refineries. reduce taxes on everything energy related to improve profitability. perhaps even implement a 15 year tax holiday. let investors build every type of plant they want, including manufacturing solar panels and wind mills. may the best ideas prevail. perhaps they all would prevail. in other words, bring the free market to bear on energy.
