steve - Pentium bug

It took 4 1/2 years for somebody to stumble across the fact that a weird, undefined sequence of opcode instruction, IF FORCE FED INTENTIONALLY into an instruction stream, will bring down a Pentium.

That puts this into a category of intentional virus contamination.

These things can be dealt with by the various Virus screening utlilities that, when appropriately updated, will flag any occurrence of this force fed bug.
