Yes, we indeed took a disastrously wrong turn. And yes lights are going off, infrastructure is crumbling, the electric grid is just a mess, we are still fighting two wars, we are more dependent than ever on increasingly scarce and more expensive oil and the baby boomers are just entering their retirement years. BUT Obama had the chance when he first entered office to be a visionary and instead all that election bonus got sucked into the health care mess. Are you more happy with your health care than before the bill was passed?

Now even Greenspan is worried about our debt! The man that juiced the economy so we could all have a party is now troubled. But Krugman says no you're wrong Mr. Greenspan - lets party some more. Party and charge our kids. It is a morally bankrupt idea and policy.
