Thanks, Eric! Good sleuthing! Your post sheds some light on MLTN's recent plummet in my books (as well as their "desire" to go beyond our borders for REG S financing) which both limits any upside surge for sometime to come.

At the most, we're looking at a slap on the wrist fine here IF "influence peddling" can be proven, FWISA.

This is hardly anything that would put a revenue generating company 6' under and pushing up daisies. What R UR thots?
