Steve, I feel awfully glad that I have "cyrix instead" .. Your safe feeling on using Cyrix CPUs is correct. Cyrix allways designs better MPUs than Intel could do. Intel is best in marketing and manufacturing. MPU designs are not Intel's main effort at all. When the illegal copying was free, why should Intel bother to put too much real resource on their R&D? If you look at how these Intel supporters, such as Stockman, Mr. e, Elmer, Yousef and John Y.
