OJ, you are right. That note does read a bit defensive while there is no need for me to be defensive. I guess I should stop posting after 10 PM. -g- Anyhow, I get a little edgy when people think that I am an eternal bear.
BTW, I do think that you are making dangerous assumptions about markets and your ability to make profits all the time. If you bought in 1967, sure it is worth a lot more now. If you were 50 then you would be 80 now. Now you won't be able to do the things you could have done with that money in the mid to late 70's. That is, even if you could take back 70 cents on the dollar (not counting inflation). That's my point. Again, it is a perception of money and life, each person views it differently!
