' what country was FDR President of' the kid said what BS who would know this. I've got one to beat that. My wife was explaining to a guy at her job at the college that he needed to register at 18 for the Selective Service in order to enroll at the college. My wife's coworker, a 20 year old girl, did not know what the draft was. Let me repeat that - she did not know what the words "the draft" referred to. Total blank. Made you shake your head, didn't I?
