what? illegal waters? que passe? there is nothing remotely libelous about my post. It is opinion based on fact. canna do anyting about it in a court my fren. BUT IF YOU WANT TO CONSIDER SOME REAL LEGAL PROBLEMS THINK ABOUT THIS. 1. Who is getting sued in the Bre-X scandal? People who warned of a scam? Or people who promoted it like Bianchini? They haven't yet named people in SI threads but they may. It's only a matter of time. And if the thread were too one sided it might look like collusion. 2. Aren't you a tad worried about the possible organized crime angle? Threats from a "Mr. Green" against the ASE president. The RCMP being called. Mr. Cummings is not an idiot. I am sure he could tell if it were just a prankster on the phone. The "prankster" has a lot to worry about if he used those people's (alleged mafia) names in vain. The New Cinch assayer. Shot dead in his home in Arizona. A kid. Told his parents "I think somebody is going to get me because I know." Did he know? Yes he knew. And other did too.
