Oracle CEO Says HP Wrong to Oust Hurd, NYT Reports (Update2)

My questions:

How did Mark Hurd get a legal agreement ready so quickly to "settle" the Jodie Fisher SH accusation which had been lodged against Hurd and HP?

Did HP attorneys draft it?

They had a month+ to plan a sting. Was California law enforcement involved in "the" sting?

Was his resignation, and the explanation that it had to do with inaccurate expense reports and mis-use of assets, a setup to get rid of the SH claim?

In another day or so, or after the settlement is recorded and non-appealable, will Mark Hurd resume his duties, and interim CEO Cathie Lesjak go back to being just CFO?
