Since when??? Lincoln Memorial officially a content neutral zone: Anyone know when that rule went into place? Since when is singing anything not something we can do? Think of the medals and all sorts of other "stuff" that John Kerry and friends threw over the WH fence. Think of the singing that has gone on at all the Memorials, for years and years, including MLK's walk, and the Million Man thing on DC, etc etc etc. When is the S*** going to hit the fan over all these so called new "rules"...?????????????????????
