Jan,

Your cool insight is appreciated.

I once sued a local house for deliberate lies by one of their brokers...and won. Or, I should say the vulture attorney I hired won. It wasn't worth the effort and I would never do it again.

S3 (at least) put it all out there so we have a straight punch in the nose. Now it's time to glean the positive out of this situation. A class action isn't a positive move for us as shareholders. Goddam* attorneys couldn't care less. Champions of the small investor? Bullshi* said the sparrow. They're just taking advantage of a vulnurable situation AND our money as shareholders. Please.

We all need to remember that bleeding the company for a few cents a share bleeds us all collectively. WE LOSE as shareholders.

Forget Leo. Give me a break. He waffles more than Clinton at a fidelity clinic run by beautiful women.

This is simply a classic example of bad accounting and stupidity by high level management. Giving it more credence is standing in the wind and.....

Johnson needs to go, S3 needs to bring in a competent CEO and get this behind them. It's not over here by any means. Many companies have survived much worse than this then rising to see the sky again as a grand and beautiful Phoenix.

Long on S3, but much poorer for the moment.

Onward,

George
