The fact that it is easy for dictators to rule in such a system is its major failure.<< which makes the description of "dictatorial plutocracy" more appropos. communism has the connotation of the state working for the people. that's why so many ignorant, even if well meaning, people think of it as a good thing. the problem is that it never happens - the dictatorial plutocrats work AGAINST the people - often killing them off by the tens of millions. the same process is at work here, but the decentralization of our government has meant it is a taking much longer to completely take over and control the government, first, and then the people.
